Job summary

RGB, based in Central London, is seeking an air conditioning improver to support a mechanical contractor serving commercial buildings. Working with senior engineers, you will assist with maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and repair of HVAC systems across various equipment.

This hands-on role is ideal to develop HVAC skills while gaining practical experience. Full-time role with travel between client premises, salary £30,000 to £35,000, benefits include company van, uniform, phone and tablet,

Qualifications

• Experience in air conditioning/HVAC maintenance and service.
• Basic knowledge of split systems and VRV/VRF is desirable.
• Willingness to learn and develop within HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with maintenance, inspection and repair of HVAC systems.
• Support planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across commercial sites.
• Work on split units, VRV/VRF, fan coils and AHUs under supervision.
