Job summary

RGB Network is seeking an Improver Air Conditioning Engineer to support senior engineers in maintenance, diagnostics and repair across commercial HVAC systems. This role offers hands-on learning within a busy HVAC environment, with opportunities for skill development and progression.

You will assist with maintenance, inspections, fault finding and service reporting on split systems, VRV/VRF, AHUs and more. A driving licence is required and on-site work is standard.

Qualifications

• Experience in air conditioning/HVAC industry (2–4 years).
• Knowledge of split systems and VRV/VRF (Daikin & Mitsubishi desirable).
• Experience with AHUs and fan coil units advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance, inspection and repair of HVAC systems.
• Support with planned preventative maintenance across sites.
• Work on split units, VRV/VRF, fan coil units and AHUs under supervision.
• Assist with fault finding and basic diagnostics.
• Maintain service reports and F-Gas documentation.
• Liaise with site teams including electrical and building services engineers.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks and installations/remedial works.
