ISS is seeking a skilled HVAC professional to maintain and troubleshoot air conditioning, refrigeration, heating and ventilation systems across our estate. The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, fault diagnosis and timely repairs in a production environment.

Ideal candidates will hold an apprenticeship in HVAC, F-Gas Category 1, and City & Guilds Level 2/3 in A/C & Refrigeration, with strong knowledge of HVAC principles and compliance with building codes and safety standards.

Competenze

• Apprenticeship-qualified HVAC engineer.
• F-Gas Category 1 certification.
• City & Guilds Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Level 2 or Level 3 qualification.
• Solid HVAC engineering experience, ideally in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across HVAC and refrigeration.
• Good understanding of HVAC and refrigeration principles, systems and controls.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations and industry standards related to HVAC, refrigeration and boilers.

Mansioni

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose faults and repair a wide range of HVAC systems and associated plant.
• Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment (compressors, condensers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps and air handling systems).
• Service and maintain refrigeration, air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems to ensure optimum performance.
• Repair or replace defective components (thermostats, relays, controls, switches, filters, belts and compressors).
• Conduct routine inspections and testing of boilers, heating systems and air conditioning equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant legislation, building regulations and site procedures.
• Support installation projects and system upgrades across the estate.
