Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring an HVAC Engineer for a mobile role covering Inverness and surrounding areas. The role involves performing maintenance tasks, completing inspections, and issuing required test certificates while keeping detailed records.

You will ensure compliance with our Health & Safety policy and support a safe, efficient site environment. Applicants should hold NVQ/City & Guilds in HVAC, CSCS or equivalent, and have experience in facilities management or building services.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor quoted works from start to completion with test certificates.
• Ensure staff awareness of Health & Safety policy.

About The Role:

Working Days: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

Working within a mobile role in Inverness and the surrounding area.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• To undertake maintenance duties as required, making sure all reports are accurately completed within specific time frames.
• To produce accurate documentation as required and keep up-to-date records of statutory inspections.
• Undertake minor quoted works from the initial outset, through installation to completion as required whilst completing all required test certification.
• Ensuring all employees are aware of their obligations under the Health & Safety policy.

What are we looking for?

• Prerequisite - NVQ or City & Guilds in the following: HVAC Engineer.
• Experience working within Facilities Management / Building Services.
• Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce.
• Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation.
• First Aid.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• Air Handling Unit experience is necessary.
