Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced facilities management technician to join our team in the UK. The role covers maintenance duties, regulatory documentation, and completing minor works from start to finish with test certifications.

You will ensure compliance with health and safety policies and collaborate with a broad workforce across sites. Key requirements include NVQ3 in HVAC, ACS gas qualifications, FM/building services experience, strong communication, and safety documentation

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 within Heating/Ventilation/Mechanical / HVAC or Equivalent Qualification.
• ACS Commercial Gas Qualifications COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A as a minimum.
• Experience working within Facilities Management / Building Services.
• Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce.
• Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation.
• First Aid.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• Air Handling Unit experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• To undertake maintenance duties as required, making sure all reports are accurately completed within specific time frames.
• To produce accurate documentation as required and keep up-to-date records of statutory inspections.
• Undertake minor quoted works from the initial outset, through installation to completion as required whilst completing all required test certification.
• Ensuring all employees are aware of their obligations under the Health & Safety policy.

About The Role:

Days of Working: Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 17:00

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
