Start Monday is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing Facilities Management team in the London area. The role covers from Southampton along the M3 corridor into London, with a strong focus on customer service and fault diagnosis.

The package includes a £48,000-£50,000 basic salary, door-to-door travel, a company van and generous holiday allowance, plus overtime and an on-call rota. This is a long-term opportunity with a company that values engineers.

Qualifications

• Commercial air conditioning service and maintenance experience.
• F-Gas qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Professional and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial air conditioning systems.
• Covering areas from Southampton along the M3 corridor into London.
• Working as part of a friendly and experienced engineering team.
• Dealing directly with customers and providing a high standard of service.
• Plenty of opportunity for overtime.
