We are seeking a skilled HVAC engineer to join the static OCS maintenance team at a prestigious global headquarters in Watford. You will be part of a team of five managing the campus.
Your responsibilities will include planned and reactive maintenance on-site, managed by the M&E Manager. Experience in a corporate environment and familiarity with CAFM systems is desirable. As the Mechanical Lead, you will oversee all HVAC-related work, supported by the mobile team and supply chain. You will also escort subcontractors on-site; training for Access Permit duties will be provided.
The role's standard hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am - 3 pm, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. Overtime and an on-call rota (1 week on, 3 weeks off) are part of the role, with standby fees paid.
