About The Role:

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Engineer to join our team working on key contracts within the Milton Keynes/Watford/Hertfordshire region.

The role involves general maintenance, statutory compliance checks, and requires basic plumbing, electrical, and fabric maintenance skills, preferably with experience in a similar environment. HVAC experience is advantageous.

The position demands client engagement and a professional appearance. Good spoken and written English is essential. Experience with a CAFM system and H&S management is desirable.

Main Duties:

• Planning, inspecting, and performing repairs or preventative maintenance, including responding to breakdowns.
• Carrying out reactive and planned services across various environments.
• Performing statutory inspections (Emergency Lighting, Water Temperature, Fire Doors, Plumbing, Lighting).
• Handling customer queries professionally.
• Supporting subcontractors during site visits.
• Providing technical guidance and support.
• Minor building fabric repairs.
• Ensuring compliance with specifications and H&S legislation.
• Maintaining site documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally C&G Qualified in trade.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• HVAC and Legionella qualifications are desirable.
• Experience in basic plumbing, carpentry, and statutory inspections.
• Understanding of PPM regimes and risk assessments.
• Experience with BMS systems and maintenance schedules.
• Full UK driving license.
