Job Title: HVAC Engineer

About the Role

Our client is a leading provider of building compliance solutions, seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join their growing operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering ventilation hygiene services across the UK, focusing on Kitchen Extract Cleaning, General Ventilation Cleaning, and Fire Damper Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Kitchen Extract and General Ventilation Cleaning in line with TR19 standards
• Perform Fire Damper Testing according to VH001 and other regulations
• Supervise on-site operatives ensuring safe and effective service delivery
• Complete job documentation and client reports accurately
• Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
• Maintain all equipment to high operational standards
• Ensure all work complies with safety and compliance guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential:

• BESA or NAAD Certification: GHT / AHT / GHO / AHO
• VH001 Fire Damper Testing Certification
• Full UK driving license
• Willingness to travel and work away from home as required

Desirable:

• Previous experience in a mobile HVAC or compliance role
• Basic understanding of TR19 and fire safety regulations
