The site is a corporate facility made of glass, steel, and concrete, spanning 10 floors with a capacity of 1700 people. It was completed 10 years ago.

You will assist in maintaining critical electrical and mechanical systems essential for the building's operation.

Work will be within a 3-person engineering team, focusing on planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC systems, particularly AC equipment.

There is strong onsite management support to help develop your role as an engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and adhere to the company's Health and Safety policies.
• Maintain all installations as directed by the ISS planned preventative maintenance system, based on HVCA SFG20, meeting KPIs/SLAs.
• Repair faults, breakdowns, and malfunctions of mechanical installations, ensuring completion within KPIs/SLA.
• Be familiar with mechanical disciplines; formal qualification in a mechanical discipline is preferred, with flexibility in work hours and travel.
• Perform work related to your trade, with the team aiming for multi-skilled operations.
• Coordinate with supplier partners to deliver services on time.
• Complete work reports accurately, maintain site logs, and write ad-hoc reports as needed.
• Maintain mobile contact with the Helpdesk and line manager.
• Collaborate with energy management, projects, audits, Health and Safety, and other teams to ensure contract compliance.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• City & Guilds or NVQ in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
