About The Role

As an HVAC Engineer with a ventilation focus, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing air handling and ventilation systems in commercial settings. You will play a key role in ensuring environments are comfortable, safe, and energy-efficient for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, focusing on ventilation and air handling units.
  2. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
  3. Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
  4. Coordinate with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality service.
  5. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Level 2/3 NVQ or City & Guilds certification.
  2. Proven experience with HVAC systems, especially ventilation in commercial environments such as offices, healthcare, or retail.
  3. Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Full UK driving license.
