Job description

Are you a skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a new opportunity to showcase your expertise? If you're ready for a challenging and rewarding role, we have an exciting position for you! We are currently seeking a dedicated HVAC Engineer to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and servicing a variety of commercial properties from Birmingham to Scotland.

Benefits:

1. GBP19 per hour (37.5 hours per week)
2. 1 hour each side paid travel at x1.5
3. Opportunity for travel in Scotland and to work away
4. 1 in 6 on call
5. 25 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform planned and reactive maintenance on retail, hotels and distribution centres
2. Install, maintain and repair Electrical, Ventilation and cooling systems
3. Work on a variety of HVAC systems
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/Electrical issues
5. Conduct emergency light testing, fire alarm tests
6. Test HVAC system to ensure proper functioning
7. Provide excellent client-facing service

Ideal Candidate:

1. Based along the M62 between Leeds to Manchester
2. F-Gas certification is required
3. City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in HVAC or equivalent
4. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
