OCS UK & Ireland seeks a skilled HVAC engineer to join the static maintenance team in London. The role covers pre-planned maintenance and reactive works on site, with leadership of HVAC tasks supported by the OCS mobile team and specialist supply chain.
You will manage cooling and heating systems, work with the BMS to adjust set-points for occupancy, and ensure compliance with legislation and SFG 20. NVQ Level 3 and F-Gas 1 are required; weekend on-call may be required.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Flexibility on weekends for on-call commitments will sometimes be required.
We have an exciting opportunity for a suitably skilled HVAC engineer to join the static OCS maintenance team for one of our key clients in London.
Your role will consist of Pre planned Maintenance and reactive works on the site as directed by the M&E Manager, experience of working in the corporate environment is desirable as is experience of working with a CAFM system to manage your workflows and complete maintenance and reactive tasks.
The role can be very varied day to day but as the Mechanical lead you will be responsible for all the works involving the HVAC systems supported by the OCS mobile team and specialist supply chain.
