HVAC Engineer Role

As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at the facility. Your duties will include conducting proactive performance testing and scheduled maintenance.

1. Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
2. Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for repairs or modifications.
3. Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric control systems used for building heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will also be considered.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience and knowledge with Boilers, HTHW, HVAC systems, BMS, and pressurisation units are essential.
