We are seeking an HVAC Engineer to join the team at the European Headquarters of an innovative international company.
In this role, you will be based at a static site, managing all aspects of facilities maintenance, including reactive breakdowns, PPM, and servicing.
You will work on various systems such as HVAC, plumbing, pumps, fan coil units, heating, and air handling systems. The role involves a 40-hour workweek with flexibility to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota for emergency breakdowns.
Your responsibilities include identifying and managing risks to the client through on-site equipment, including critical spares, optimizing equipment performance, managing environmental conditions via the BMS system, and ensuring efficient operation of all equipment. You will also be tasked with improving and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
You will utilize new equipment and technologies to maintain a comfortable working environment, liaising with the client regarding reactive and PPM tasks as needed.
Fault finding on various HVAC equipment, with a focus on Variable Refrigerant Volume air conditioning systems, is essential. Candidates must have qualifications in refrigerant handling and F-Gas regulations.
