About The Role

Days of Working: Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Undertaking maintenance duties and ensuring reports are completed accurately within designated timeframes.
2. Producing and maintaining up-to-date records of statutory inspections.
3. Undertaking minor quoted works from start to finish, including installation and testing certification.
4. Ensuring all employees are aware of their obligations under the Health & Safety policy.

What We Are Looking For

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in HVAC Engineering.
• Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
• Knowledge of safety documentation development.
• First Aid certification.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with Air Handling Units.
