About The Role:

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Undertaking maintenance duties and ensuring reports are completed accurately within specified timeframes.
• Producing and maintaining documentation for statutory inspections.
• Handling minor quoted works from initiation to completion, including installation and testing certification.
• Ensuring all employees are aware of their health and safety obligations.

What are we looking for?

• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification as an HVAC Engineer.
• Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety documentation development.
• First Aid certification.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent.
• Experience with Air Handling Units.
