Job summary

Assystem GmbH is looking for a qualified HVAC professional in Bridgwater. This role involves acting as the main interface between engineering and construction teams, ensuring effective communication and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

You will be responsible for reviewing submissions, assessing strategies, and analysing documentation to ensure quality and compliance. Candidates should be local or willing to relocate with support provided.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary HVAC interface between engineering teams and construction site leads.
• Review FCR and NCR submissions ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
• Assess remediation strategies ensuring solutions are practical and achievable.
• Analyse trends in FCR and NCR to identify recurring issues.
• Coordinate communication between construction teams and front office stakeholders.
• Perform surveillance on HVAC documentation and technical analysis outputs.
• Identify and report design and installation non-conformances through quality processes.
• Support KPI development to track FCR and NCR throughput performance.
• Ensure alignment with standard field solutions and existing issue resolutions.
• Provide proactive technical support to unblock construction and maintain progress.
