Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Contracts Manager for nationwide building services projects. Based in Cheltenham, you will lead mechanical services installations, liaise with clients, and manage projects from inception to completion.

You will coordinate with design, sourcing, and site teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while controlling costs and performance targets. A proactive, client-facing engineer with HVAC expertise is ideal.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project/Contracts Manager in retail, leisure, or commercial sectors.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC engineering processes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the internal design department to ensure schemes meet client briefs and specifications.
• Procure and order plant, equipment, materials, and subcontract packages.
• Manage day-to-day running of projects, ensuring work is on programme, and meets quality and health & safety standards.
• Oversee financial management of projects, ensuring cost control and performance targets.

Are you an experienced Project / Contracts Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to take on responsibility within a growing building services company?
