Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial/contract management experience.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent commercial discipline).
• Experience handling final accounts and client negotiations.
• HVAC or Building Services background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, negotiate, and settle final accounts across commercial projects.
• Assist internal teams in resolving contractual disputes and commercial claims.
• Lead client contract negotiations and advise on commercial risks and terms.
• Work with project teams and directors to ensure profitability and compliance.
