Job summary

Future Select is recruiting on behalf of a busy Building Services / Compliance specialist for an HVAC Commissioning Engineer. You will travel to a range of sites to perform commissioning and balancing of water and air systems, delivering works to a high standard and contributing to ongoing projects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as HVAC Commissioning Engineer.
• Worked in a well-established outfit.
• Advantageous to hold CSA grades.
• Fully conversant with CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Hardworking attitude.

Responsibilities

• Balancing CHW, LTHW and process water systems.
• Commissioning of water and air & HVAC systems.
• Inspecting AHUs.
• Evaluating overall performance of systems and highlighting required works.
• Working to agreed deadlines and project scopes.
• Collating details to produce regular technical reports.
• Providing updates to clients and addressing technical queries.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
