Job summary

Future Select is seeking a HVAC Commissioning Engineer to join their busy team in Warrington, with travel to various sites. You will commission and balance water and air systems, inspect AHUs and evaluate performance, delivering works to a high standard while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role offers a competitive salary (£27k-£50k) plus training and benefits, with company vehicle, pension and fuel card provided. ATS and CIBSE/BSRIA guidelines familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful Building Services / Compliance specialist, who have a busy Commissioning and HVAC department. They are seeking a HVAC Commissioning Engineer who will easily integrate into their team of engineers. You will be travelling to a range of sites to perform commissioning and balancing of various water and air systems, ensuring to deliver works to a high standard. Experience / Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working as a HVAC Commissioning Engineer
• Will have worked within a well-established outfit
• It would be advantageous to hold CSA grades
• Fully conversant in CIBSE and BSRIA guidelines

• Hardworking attitude

The Role

• Balancing of CHW, LTHW and process water systems
• Commissioning of water and air and HVAC systems
• Inspecting AHUs
• Evaluating overall performance of systems and highlighting any required works
• Working to agreed deadlines and project scopes
• Collating details to produce regular technical reports
• Providing updates to clients and answering any technical queries
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients
