Job summary

JLL is seeking skilled Air Conditioning/Chiller Engineers to support the South East region with maintenance, service visits and operational support for the Integral Cooling Technology Division.

The role involves proactive task delivery on VRF systems, CRAC units and large chillers, with inclusion in standby rostra and out-of-hours work as needed. Strong team or solo work capability is required.

Qualifications

• E.g. 2079 Refrigerant handling certification or equivalent.
• Recognised training in Refrigeration & air conditioning or evidence of equivalent works.
• Good base knowledge and experience with maintenance & service on VRF systems and large chillers.
• Proven knowledge of CRAC units, air conditioning splits & cassette units, VRV/VRF systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively deliver engineering tasks including maintenance and service visits to equipment (splits, VRF, CRAC).
• Carry out service and reactive breakdown cover during normal hours.
• Participate in Out of Hours work and standby rota.
• Ensure tasks meet customer requirements and business standards.
• Maintain quality of each engineering task and comply with agreed standards.
