Job summary

Pertemps Tm is seeking an Improver Air Conditioning Engineer to support maintenance and diagnostics across commercial HVAC systems. You will work under senior engineers, handling maintenance tasks, fault finding and basic diagnostics while gaining hands-on experience.

The role requires 2–4 years in HVAC, knowledge of split and VRF/VRF systems, AHUs/FCUs experience is a plus, and a full clean driving licence. Training and development opportunities are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in the air conditioning/HVAC industry.
• Basic knowledge of split systems and VRV/VRF (Daikin/Mitsubishi desirable).
• Experience with AHUs and fan coil units is advantageous.
• F-Gas qualification preferred or working towards.
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and develop within HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with maintenance, inspections and repairs of HVAC systems.
• Support planned preventative maintenance across commercial sites.
• Work on split units, VRV/VRF, FCUs and AHUs under supervision.
• Assist with fault finding and basic diagnostics.
• Help maintain service reports and F-Gas documentation.
• Liaise with site teams including electrical/building services engineers.
