Qualifications

• Experience on substations, switchgear, or industrial electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings/schematics.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Install and wire AIS and GIS substation equipment up to 132kV.
• Install control panels, protection systems, marshalling kiosks, and secondary wiring.
• Carry out cable glanding, termination, containment, and electrical testing.
• Support commissioning and energisation activities with engineering teams.
• Ensure health and safety requirements and project specifications are met.
• Travel to customer sites nationwide with overnight stays.
