Job summary

OCU Energy is seeking an experienced HV Project Manager to lead delivery of high-voltage electrical and energy infrastructure projects from planning through to completion. The role covers BESS, substations, underground cabling and associated M&E works, coordinating DNOs, ICPs, clients and delivery teams.

The successful candidate will manage programme, budgets and resources, ensuring safety and quality across multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading HV/electrical infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HV and energy infrastructure projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage scope, programme, resources, budgets and commercial performance across the lifecycle.
• Deliver projects including BESS, HV substations, underground cabling and M&E packages.
• Coordinate multiple contractors, subcontractors and specialist teams on live projects.
• Develop project programmes using P6 and implement recovery plans when needed.
• Maintain relationships with clients, DNOs, ICPs, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
