Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an HV Electrical Trainer in Liverpool. The role offers £45,000 - £50,000 plus full training, a structured upskilling programme, healthcare, pension, and 33 days holiday.

You will deliver training, demonstrations, and assessments for delegates completing HV operator and electrical safety training. The ideal candidate has strong HV experience, industrial electrical background, and HV switchgear knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong HV electrical background and industrial experience.
• Experience with HV switchgear and safe systems of work.
• Full UK driving licence; teaching qualifications desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver High Voltage electrical training and assessment.
• Provide instruction, demonstrations, and learner support.
• Train delegates on High Voltage Operator and electrical safety programmes.
• Cover safe systems of work, switching schedules, permits to work, and HV switchgear.
• Work with learners, clients, and colleagues to deliver positive training outcomes.
• Monitor learner health, safety, welfare, and engagement during training.
• Monday to Friday role; full training and upskilling provided; extensive travel in first six months.
