Job summary

Deploy Recruitment Group Ltd's client, an NERS-accredited organisation specialising in HV design, installation and maintenance up to 132kV, is seeking an HV Design Engineer on a permanent basis.

Joining a thriving team with experience across HV connections, substations and civil/structural engineering, you will produce electrical high voltage designs for projects up to 132kV and act as the technical authority. The role is based in East Anglia with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in control and protection design and switchgear specification is desirable.
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and electrical design standards.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and electrical design tools.

Responsibilities

• Produce electrical high voltage designs for projects up to 132kV.
• Act as the technical authority for HV projects.
• Liaise with project team and external stakeholders.
• Ensure designs comply with regulations, industry standards and client requirements.
