• Experience in administrative or coordination roles.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good IT literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between sites if required.
• Experience with planning and scheduling operational and commissioning resources.
• Understanding of commissioning competencies / contractor abilities.

• Test Equipment & Inventory: maintain inventory, track movements, forecast requirements.
• Calibration Coordination: identify needs and track progress with providers.
• Travel & Meeting Coordination: arrange travel, hotels, and meeting rooms.
• Administrative Support: onboarding, databases, dashboards, communications.
• Meeting Coordination: schedule, agendas, minutes, follow-ups.
• Project Readiness: manage tender requests and documentation readiness.
• QAP/IMS Management: control test sheets, document naming, commissioning packs.
• User Access Management: process access requests and audits.
• Documentation Management: maintain folders, version control, IRs and budgets.
