Integrated Utility Services Limited in Leeds is seeking a Project Manager to take full responsibility for the safe and successful delivery of NPg frameworks, focusing on Asset Replacement changes and HV maintenance works. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will coordinate the planning, development, and delivery of asset works, manage scope changes and resource planning, and liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget,

Qualifications

• Requires ONC in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Degree or equivalent in construction management or civil engineering.
• Project Management certifications: Prince2, PMP, APM PMQ or equivalent.
• Experience with HV DNO / private networks and HV & LV projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead delivery of Asset works to meet program, budget and client satisfaction.
• Manage scope changes, variations and technical queries.
• Establish safe systems of work per health and safety legislation including CDM.
• Direct liaison with client, subcontractors and third parties.
• Prepare and maintain project program and resource plan.
• Communicate project requirements to site delivery teams.
• Manage project team and coordinate activities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee execution within contract requirements, quality and safety standards.
• Monitor costs and maintain strong commercial acumen.
