Integrated Utility Services Limited is seeking a Project Manager to lead the safe delivery of UKC Projects, ICP Connections and Major Projects nationwide. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits, including career development and professional qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction project management, HV/LV networks and CDM compliance, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Safety-minded with CDM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate, lead and proactively manage planning, development and delivery of Asset works to ensure projects are delivered safely, to programme, budget and client satisfaction.
• Understand scope of works, variations, change control and technical queries.
• Establish safe systems of work in line with health and safety legislation including CDM.
• Direct liaison with client, sub-contractors and third parties.
• Prepare and maintain programme and resource plan; communicate project requirements to site teams.
• Manage project team and co-ordinate activities; ensure quality, safety and contract compliance.
• Control project costs and monitor finances with commercial awareness.
• Demonstrate knowledge of HV/LV distribution systems.
