Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Humanities Teacher for schools in Sheffield delivering engaging History, Geography and RE lessons. ASAP start, £160-£220 per day, paid PAYE.

You will hold QTS with a Humanities specialism, teach KS3 and KS4, and demonstrate strong classroom management, clear communication and an adaptable, pro-active approach to cover long‑term or short‑term placements.

Qualifications

The successful Humanities Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Humanities specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching Humanities subjects across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
• Strong classroom management skills
• A passion for Humanities and student development
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A flexible and proactive approach
