Job summary

MAG International seeks a Technical Field Manager for its Cambodia program. You will lead and support the safe delivery of humanitarian mine action operations, supervising field teams to ensure adherence to SOPs and maintaining rigorous risk assessments.

You will train and mentor national staff, plan and monitor field activities, and adapt operations to challenging environments while upholding MAG’s humanitarian principles and safety standards.

Qualifications

• IMAS Level 3 explosive ordnance qualification required.
• Experience managing technical field operations including clearance, EOD, and survey tasks.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support safe delivery of mine action operations in complex environments.
• Supervise field teams, ensure adherence to SOPs and carry out risk assessments.
• Plan, survey and monitor activities while mentoring national staff and building local capacity.
