Job summary

MMD Design & Consultancy Ltd., based in Derbyshire, UK, seeks a Project Manager to support MMD Africa on technical matters from tender to execution. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments, SMEs, and overseas stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of MMD equipment projects.

The successful candidate will have a mechanical engineering background, PMP (preferred) and strong CAD/communication skills, with occasional overseas travel as part of duties and a focus on delivering quality

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to MMD Africa during enquiry phase (equipment calculations, PSD data, schedules, drawings)
• Prepare quotations and price builds aligned with tender requirements
• Engage with internal departments and SME’s for designs, drawings, schedules and deliverables
• Provide progress updates and schedules to MMD Africa
• Coordinate communications between MMD Africa and D&C to ensure timely project execution
• Review project/customer specifications and assist with manuals updates
