BioTalent is supporting a global pharmaceutical leader focused on developing innovative treatments for serious and life-threatening conditions. They are seeking a Human Resource Specialist to join a dynamic HR team and support people managers while delivering core HR initiatives across UK&I.

You will be a trusted partner to managers by coaching, advising, shaping employee experience, and driving positive outcomes across the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing day-to-day support on employee relations and ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Coaching and advising managers to confidently lead their teams.
• Driving key HR processes such as performance management and compensation planning.
• Contributing to organizational design changes and employee engagement strategies.
• Partnering with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and HR Business Partners to deliver integrated HR support.
• Using HR data and insights to inform decision-making and improve outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Over 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment law (Ireland experience is a bonus).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in HR within the Pharma/Biotech industry is desirable.
