About the Company

Iconic Resourcing are working exclusively with a leading international business to recruit an HR Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role with a regional remit across the UK and Europe — ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys streamlining HR processes, and has a knack for delivering people-focused projects at pace.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead the delivery of regional HR projects and initiatives
  • Align and standardise HR processes, policies and documentation
  • Support the implementation of new systems and process improvements
  • Drive employee engagement and employer branding activity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries
  • Contribute to benchmarking and benefits-related activity

Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

  • Comfortable working across multiple geographies and cultures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Based in the UK, with the ability to be in the Edinburgh office twice a week
  • HR qualifications welcome, but not essential
