Northease Manor School is seeking an enthusiastic HR Officer with experience in schools, charities or similar HR environments to support the smooth operation of our Human Resources function across all areas.

You will manage recruitment, ensure compliance with policies and employment legislation, provide HR guidance to the Headteacher and SLT, support HR projects, maintain the HR database and uphold confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the recruitment process across all departments maintaining the highest professional courtesy and response as the first point of contact for the school.
• Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies and procedures as well as external requirements (including relevant employment legislation, safer recruitment compliance and relevant codes of practice)
• Provide HR advice and guidance to the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and staff
• Support the implementation of HR strategy through delivery of delegated projects
• Maintain an accurate HR database
• Maintaining confidentiality is critical to this role

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to work in a specialist SEND school, contributing to the smooth operations of Human Resources across all areas.
