Job description

We are seeking a HR Officer to join our team at Park Plaza London Riverbank.

As our HR Officer, you will support the hotel’s operational goals by maximizing team member productivity and well-being, and achieving guest service objectives. You will handle HR administration in accordance with policies and procedures, contributing to a positive, open, and results-oriented work environment.

Park Plaza London Riverbank is renowned for creating memorable moments, catering to both leisure and business travelers with stylish guest rooms and versatile meeting facilities.

Responsibilities include:
  • Assist and guide team members on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Support the Hotel 90 Day Plan to meet targets and projects within deadlines.
  • Complete weekly HOD reports.
  • Support other hotel departments when their HR contact is unavailable, ensuring issues are resolved promptly with feedback provided to the main contact.
  • Assist Heads of Departments in recruiting, screening, and following company procedures to attract qualified candidates.
  • Promote the PPHE Hotel Blueprint to foster a positive working environment.
  • Support HODs in conducting investigations and disciplinary meetings, ensuring timely completion of correspondence.
  • Coordinate with Payroll and HR Support Centre to ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, employment law, and regulations.
  • Manage multiple HR administrative tasks as assigned by your line manager.
