NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking a part-time Human Resource Manager to join their established HR team. The post involves a flexible shift pattern, typically Monday and Tuesday one week, and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday the next, supporting a job share. Salary is pro-rata for part-time hours.

A part-time Human Resource Manager position has arisen within our established HR team. Reporting to service management, HR Managers support strategic and operational HR issues, including employee engagement, workforce culture, modernization, performance, planning, resourcing, employee relations, leadership, and project work across the HSCP and wider GGC Health Board.
