This is a fantastic opportunity for a generalist HR professional to take ownership of the people function in a scaling organisation. You’ll be supporting a small leadership team, embedding HR processes, and helping shape the company’s culture and approach to people as they grow.

• Experience in nurseries, schools or the wider education sector.
• Comfortable working in a founder-led business
• Local to East London / Essex borders
• Full-time and office-based (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
