Impact Recruitment Group Ltd. is partnering with a creative production business to recruit an experienced HR Manager for an initial 6-month FTC with potential extension.

The role is hands-on across the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a 4-day option and hybrid site in Central London. You will lead HR operations, policies and payroll support, balancing ambiguity with clear judgement.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Manager/Senior HR Manager or HRBP in a 200+ employee business.
• Experience in a creative/media/advertising/production/agency environment is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

HR Manager – 6 Month FTC | Potential to Extend

Part-time, 4-day option available for more experienced candidates, £50K-£55K for 4 days, so FTE salary £65K-£69K

Hybrid – 3 days onsite, Central London

We're partnering with a creative production business looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team on an initial 6-month FTC, with the potential for a longer-term opportunity.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR generalist who enjoys being at the heart of the employee lifecycle. Working in a fast-paced, creative environment, you'll provide operational HR support across the business, ensuring a seamless employee experience while keeping day-to-day people processes running smoothly. This is a top-to-bottom, hands-on role in a business where processes are still being developed, so you'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, making judgement calls and building things as you go.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
• Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
• Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries
• Managing payroll and acting as a point of contact for payroll queries
• Managing ER cases, including PIPs, absence management, flexible working requests and maternity/paternity cases
• Producing HR reporting and analysis using Workday
• Supporting the wider People team with process improvement and ad hoc projects

About you:

• Previous experience as an HR Manager, Senior HR Manager or HRBP within a business of 200+ employees
• Experience within a creative, media, advertising, production or agency environment is essential
• Production, content or post-production industry experience would be highly advantageous
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business, with the ability to make sound judgement calls and prioritise effectively
• A proactive, self-sufficient approach with excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and confidence managing multiple priorities
• Experience with Workday is beneficial, but not essential
