The Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Manager to lead the strategic management, optimization, and continuous enhancement of their global Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR technology solutions, ensuring system integration, data integrity, and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to lead system implementations, upgrades, and user training.
• Maintain strong technical expertise in platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and others.
• Manage HRIS projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure HR operational efficiency through system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HRIT Manager or similar role, with expertise in HRIS platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Certifications in HR technology or project management are advantageous.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
