Role: Workday Consultant
Duration: Long Term Contract
Inside IR35 Contract

Responsibilities:
- Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development.
- Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, problem definitions, and software development processes.
- Develop and automate processes for software validation, including setting up test cases and executing them.
- Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
- Analyze information to recommend and plan installation or modifications of systems.
- Ensure code is error-free and has no bugs or test failures.
- Prepare reports on programming activities and project specifications.
- Ensure code compliance with project standards, with clear descriptions and replication patterns.
- Compile comprehensive documentation and reports as needed.
- Coordinate daily project status updates with the team and document progress.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, report quality risks to stakeholders.
Status Reporting and Customer Focus:
- Capture client requirements and clarifications for quality work.
- Gather regular feedback to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education to stay current with best practices and new programming languages.
- Consult with engineering staff on software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications.
- Document and demonstrate solutions through documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments.
- Maintain detailed reports from proposal to implementation for client understanding.
- Ensure professional interaction with customers via email, calls, and business etiquette.
- Respond promptly to customer requests, avoiding complaints internally or externally.
