Job Title: HR Generalist – EMEA (11-Month Contract)

Salary Range - £42,000 - £47,000 per year

? London (3 days office / 2 days home)

We’re partnering with one of the world’s most iconic digital and creative software companies to recruit an HR Generalist to join their EMEA People Experience team. This is an 11-month contract, based in central London (hybrid model: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the first point of contact for HR queries across the EMEA region – supporting the full employee lifecycle
• Manage hiring admin and pre-boarding for new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding process
• Advise employees and managers on policies, processes, and tools (Workday, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems – identifying errors and supporting audits
• Partner with regional HR teams to identify process improvements and drive change
• Play a key role in HR projects – supporting both regional and global initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ experience in HR or recruitment, ideally within a shared services or multinational environment
• Strong working knowledge of HR systems – Workday and/or ServiceNow experience is a real plus
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for improving the employee experience
• Collaborative but confident working independently – you’ll be part of a virtual global team
• Fluent English (additional languages are a bonus)
