A leading hotel group is looking for a hands-on and operational HR Executive to support teams both in the UK and overseas. This role is fully office-based in their offices in South West London, providing direct support to people managers and employees across all areas of HR.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Acting as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance on performance management, absence management, and employee relations
  • Building strong relationships across the global team and partnering with people managers
  • Leading on employee relations cases, coaching managers through ER processes
  • Managing onboarding, probation reviews, and exit interviews
  • Supporting recruitment, including conducting HR stage interviews
  • Ensuring HR policies, procedures, and handbooks are up to date and compliant
  • Assisting with immigration matters for employees and candidates
  • Delivering team engagement activities to support a positive workplace culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced generalist HR role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • CIPD qualification or significant HR experience in a senior role
