Part-time - 3 days per week - office based

Our client is looking to recruit a dedicated HR Specialist to join their friendly team in the City of London!

In this role, you will be providing HR support to the Directors in order to enable them to maximise company growth through dynamic staff management, and the development of an excellent company culture. You will also be maintaining complete employee documentation records and HR processes, so that they are in full compliance with all legislation relating to employment law and the principles of best practice in employee relations.

If you have demonstrable experience, along with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, please get in touch!

Personal specification:

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in the property industry or similar
  • Strong knowledge of employment changes and law
  • Ability to manage multiple different task and deadlines independently
  • Able to demonstrate and implement recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.

The salary on offer is £35,000. This is a part-time role – office based 3 days per week.
