Are you an experienced HR professional ready to get hands-on with culture transformation, talent development, and organisational projects?

Elevation Recruitment Group's HR division are partnering with a global manufacturing organisation on the lookout for a HR & Development Project Partner to support key People and Culture and Learning & Development initiatives.

Based in Sheffield, this is a 12 month fixed-term contract offering a fantastic opportunity to drive real impact across a high-performing site and comes with the following benefits:

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the roll-out of a workforce culture plan aligned with company values
  • Coordinating a full-site talent development programme (including skills gap analysis and training delivery)
  • Playing an active role in a major site relocation project
  • Partnering with stakeholders to shape future organisational structure and lead change activities
  • Managing risks, timelines, and project deliverables across various workstreams

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven HR project delivery experience (ideally within manufacturing or similar environments)
  • Strong understanding of L&D planning, workforce development, and employee engagement
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
  • PRINCE2 or PMP certification is a bonus
  • On-site presence required 4 days per week, with occasional travel to other UK sites
