Job summary

Dexory in Wallingford is hiring an HR Coordinator to join the people team, supporting onboarding, HR administration, employee relations and compliance across the full lifecycle. The role requires onsite presence in Wallingford for at least three days per week and a proactive, hands-on approach.

We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our dedicated People team in Wallingford. This is a broad, hands-on role supporting employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and HR administration to employee relations and compliance.

There is a requirement to be onsite in Wallingford for a minimum of 3 days per week to provide visible, day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration and maintain accurate employee records in HiBob.
• Prepare People documentation, support compliance, right-to-work and visa checks.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, inductions and exit interviews.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, escalating where appropriate.
• Support performance reviews, probation processes, employee engagement, training and wellbeing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role, ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale-up.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience using an HRIS (HiBob or similar) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of UK employment law is desirable.

Nice to Have

• Experience in an engineering, robotics or hardware business.
• CIPD qualification (or working towards one).
