Job summary

Canary Riverside Plaza London, Vignette Collection by IHG is seeking a passionate Human Resources Coordinator to join the team on a full-time basis. The role is based at Canary Wharf, London, with 40 hours per week and a fixed-term contract for 9 months, starting Summer 2026.

You will support day-to-day HR administration, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and provide first-line HR support to managers and colleagues while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a premium colleague

We are looking for someone who can work Full-Time across 40 hours per week. Please note this is a fixed-term contract for 9-months.

To be successful in this role, you will be responsible for a range of duties while demonstrating the following skills and experience…

• Supporting the day-to-day administration of the HR function, ensuring employee records and documentation are maintained accurately.
• Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes to deliver a positive colleague experience.
• Providing first-line HR support to managers and employees, responding to queries in a professional and confidential manner.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Previous HR, administrative or people-focused experience would be advantageous.
