Job summary

Inspire North is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our friendly People Team. You’ll provide expert HR support across the organisation, manage ER casework, and coach our leaders to create an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

You’ll bring strong generalist HR experience, excellent communication, UK employment law knowledge, and a CIPD Level 5 or equivalent. We offer flexible hybrid working, generous leave (25 days rising to 30), health and wellbeing support, and
